As you fill out a request form, please also provide us photos and any additional information, such as:

1. Fuel Tank Photo – Left, Right, Top and Bottom
2. Side Cover Photos – Outside and Inside
3. Back Rest (Tail) Photo – Left, Right, Top and Bottom
4. Fender Photos – Outside and Inside
5. A brief description of how you use your bike   For example, everyday riding, touring/long distance rides, shows.

Having more than enough is always helpful when developing your paint package.
